Meet Your Coach — Steven Kelly Hey guys, what’s up. My name’s Steven Kelly. I’m a fitness influencer, athlete, and the creator of Skelly. A few years ago, I launched the 53 Challenge to help people push past their limits and prove what’s possible when you stay consistent. Thousands joined in, transformed their bodies, and completely shifted their mindset. That whole journey inspired me to take things to the next level. That’s where Skelly comes in. I started off training like a bodybuilder with heavy lifts, strict splits, and a focus on size and definition. I still love that style, but over time, I’ve shifted into training for function, performance, and longevity. I wanted to feel just as athletic as I looked. Now my workouts are about being explosive, mobile, and strong while staying lean and aesthetic. Whether you’re male or female, Skelly is built for everyone. The app includes custom training programs for all fitness levels, as well as female-specific plans that are designed to sculpt, strengthen, and empower. We’ll also be dropping exclusive couple workouts inside the app, so you and your partner can train together and stay locked in as a team. Skelly is a reflection of everything I live by — the discipline, the training, the recovery, the mindset.
